Off-Season Spotlight: Zeb Sneed
November 19, 2015 - Frontier League (FL) - River City Rascals News Release
Zeb Sneed became a Rascal during the 2015 season....let's see what he's up to in the off season!
During the off season he is finishing his degree in Business Administration at Southern Nazarene University and will be graduating in December. While taking classes he is working for a private contractor at the Oklahoma City Heart Hospital installing Patient Lift Rail Systems, which takes up most of his time during the week. He keeps pretty busy during the week working and taking classes. As soon as classes end in December, he starts his throwing, lifting, and running program to get ready for the season. He usually takes about 2 or 3 months off to fully recover from the season to let his body rest and relax.
In his free time during the offseason, he spends a lot of time with his wife and helping her at her school and in her classroom. He and his wife also like to spend time together working on their house and doing projects. He also spends a lot of time working on and cleaning his two Chevy trucks and his wife's Yukon. He has developed a passion for detailing cars and enjoys doing that as a new hobby. If he's not working on his trucks or house, you can find him shooting his new bow in the backyard getting ready for whitetail season in Oklahoma!
