San Antonio Rampage News Release
SAN ANTONIO (Nov. 8, 2015) - The San Antonio Rampage (6-0-4-0) fell to the Chicago Wolves (7-1-0-1) 4-3 in overtime in front of 4,270 at the AT&T Center on Sunday evening. The Rampage outshot the Wolves 31-25 and got goals from Troy Bourke, Colin Smith and Nikita Zadorov.
Bourke notched his first of the season to open the game's scoring and give the Rampage a 1-0 lead less than a minute in.
Both teams were scoreless over the next 48 minutes and 10 seconds until Smith, sprung from the penalty box at the end of a Rampage penalty kill, took a stretch pass from Reid Petryk and raced ahead of the defense, wristing the puck past Pheonix Copley on the left side to give San Antonio a 2-0 lead.
Chicago got successive goals just over two minutes apart from Cody Beach and Jordan Caron to knot the game at two near the midway point of the stanza.
Nikita Zadorov, who was reassigned to San Antonio by the Colorado Avalanche on Saturday afternoon, scored in his Rampage debut to make it a 3-2 game at 17:50 of the third period. With time running out, Ty Rattie picked up his fifth of the season with 1:34 left in regulation to send the game to overtime.
Just as he did Friday night, Danny Kristo potted the game-winning goal, giving the Wolves a 4-3 overtime win. Roman Will finished with 21 saves on 25 shots.

Tonight's game marked the league-leading sixth overtime game for the Rampage. The Silver and Black are 2-4 in games that have gone to an extra frame. San Antonio remains the only team in the league that has not lost a game in regulation.
