Sioux City, IA - Brannon McManus, Josh French, and Jacob Bryson combined for six points on the power play Friday night as the Omaha Lancers defeated the Sioux City Musketeers 4-2 in front of 2,152 fans at the Tyson Event Center.

Sioux City cashed in on their first power play of the game to take the game's first lead. The goal was Wilson's second of the season with the only assist going to Ryzcek.

The identical play happened with 2:12 left in the period. Bryson and French with McManus finishing for the 2-1 Lancers' lead heading into the third period. The goals were McManus' fifth and sixth of the year.

Late in the final period Michael Bigelbach created a rush into the offensive zone and helped give the Lancers a 3-1 lead. After an interception, Bigelbach was joined by Austin Alger on the rush towards the front of the net. Bigelbach went around the diving defenseman and fed the puck to Alger who tapped it into the net for a two-goal lead with only 2:23 left in the game. Alger's goal was his fourth on the season and the assist was Bigelbach's first point of the year.

Shortly after and with the Sioux City net empty, Nick Rivera tacked on an empty-net goal for his fifth tally of the year to give the Lancers a 4-1 lead with 29-seconds left in the game. The Musketeers added a goal late in regulation and the Lancers held on for the 4-2 victory for their third straight win. Goaltender Kris Oldham stopped 26 for his fifth win of the season.
