River Cats Honor Veterans with Special Ticket Package

WEST SACRAMENTO, Calif. - The Sacramento River Cats are proud to announce a special ticket package in celebration of Veterans Day. These Veterans Day Ticket Packages will be available only to military personnel and their dependents on Wednesday, November 11, and Thursday, November 12 at the Round Table Pizza Ticket Office at Raley Field.

The packages will include five River Cats games during the 2016 season: Opening Night (April 15), Salute to Armed Forces (May 28), a Memorial Day matinee (May 30), Independence Eve Celebration (July 3), and a Labor Day matinee (September 5). Also included in the ticket package is a blue patriotic River Cats hat, which features the "RC" logo in stars and stripes.

"The military presence in and around Sacramento - including Beale and Travis Air Force Bases, the US Coast Guard at McClellan, the California National Guard units, and all the reservists, retired service members, and dependents - shows this region's strong military ties," said River Cats General Manager, Chip Maxson. "We want to do our part to offer these exemplary citizens a fun and unique River Cats experience."

All military members or dependents can purchase this special package only on Wednesday, November 11, and Thursday, November 12 at the Round Table Pizza Ticket Office at Raley Field, open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Two seating options are available: Senate seats at $85 and Assembly seats at $60 for the five-game package. Both seating options include the patriotic River Cats hat. Please be prepared to show Military ID or proof of service upon purchase.
