Vancouver Canadians News Release

(Scotiabank Field at Nat Bailey Stadium - Vancouver, B.C.) - The Vancouver Canadians Baseball Club has announced its action-packed schedule for the 2016 season with 38 home dates set to entertain your entire family.

The curtain rises out at Scotiabank Field on Monday, June 20th at 7:05pm for the first of eight straight home dates as the Canadians begin pursuit of a fourth Northwest League Championship dating back to 2011.

Seven (7) Scotiabank Bright Future 'Nooners will have our fans out at the ballpark soaking in the sunshine with gates opening at 12:00pm, first pitch set for 1:05pm. Our famous A&W Family Fun Sundays will also have fans coming out to the ballpark under blue skies as we host six (6) of these childhood traditions at 1:05pm where we will have $1 frosty A&W Root Beer floats at the ready along with a post-game running of the bases for all kids 12 & under.

If you enjoy bringing out your friends and family to one of our legendary post-game Fireworks Extravaganzas then you'll love our upcoming schedule as we are set to host nine (9) evening games that will wrap up with your Canadians lighting up the sky above Scotiabank Field. All of this, and we haven't even tipped our cap as to what dates will host our Superstar Series, presented by Blakes & The BC Sports Hall of Fame, and sought out giveaways that always have our loyal fans lined up well in advance of our gates opening.

Our primary goal remains to be your summertime destination for affordable, family-friendly sports entertainment as we cheer on the future of the defending American League East Champion Toronto Blue Jays!
