Phoenix, Ariz. - The five time world champion Arizona Rattlers have been assigned wide receiver Anthony Amos and defensive backs Jeff Richards, Myron Lewis, and John Setzer through the Arena Football League's (AFL) Offseason Assignment Process.

WR Anthony Amos (6-0, 185, Middle Tennessee State) was a standout in the 2015 season with the Spokane Shock. He played in 17 games, compiling 110 receptions for 1,205 yards and 19 touchdowns as a rookie.  In 2013, Amos spent time with the National Football League's (NFL) Dallas Cowboys but was cut late in training camp.

DB Jeff Richards (6-2, 200, Emporia State) earned 25 tackles, eight pass breakups, and a forced fumble in only eight games as a rookie for the Spokane Shock.

The Del City, Oklahoma native began his collegiate career at Northeastern State University where during his sophomore season he tallied 59 tackles and two interceptions. Richards then transferred to Emporia State University where he ended up with 91 tackles and six picks.

DB Myron Lewis (6-2, 205, Vanderbilt) was assigned to the Las Vegas Outlaws last season, but has yet to see any action in Arena Football. Prior to this, Lewis was selected by the NFL's Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the third round (67th overall) in 2010. He stayed with the team until 2013 when he was picked up by the NFL's Detroit Lions. He was cut by the Lions at the end of training camp.

The Pompano Beach, Florida native attended Vanderbilt where he was a second team All-SEC selection following his 2009 senior season with the Commodores. In his 36 games played at Vanderbilt, Lewis earned 170 tackles, 10 interceptions, five sacks, and 26 pass breakups.

DB John Setzer (5-10, 185, Winston-Salem State) was assigned last season to the Spokane Shock but did not see any action in Arena Football. Prior to this, Setzer spent time with the Indoor Football League's Sioux Falls Storm.

The Lenior, North Carolina native played for the Winston-Salem State University Rams, where he totaled 15 tackles and a pass breakup in the 15 games he played.
