Union Earn 1-1 Draw against New England Revolution

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. (Sept. 26, 2015) - Andre Blake made 10 saves to break the Union's single-game franchise record as Philadelphia drew with New England Revolution 1-1 on Saturday night at Gillette Stadium in front 25,885 fans. Blake's 10 saves also tied MLS' season-high in 2015 set by Jamie Penedo and Stefan Frei and helped the Union push their unbeaten streak on the road to three games - tying a franchise record. Fernando Aristeguieta scored the Union's lone goal to equalize in the 65th minute. The Union will return to action Wednesday, Sept. 30 in the 2015 Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup Final against Sporting Kansas City, televised on ESPN2.

TEAM NOTES

- Andre Blake made 10 saves, breaking the Union's all-time single game record, previously held by Zac MacMath set on Sept. 29, 2012 against Columbus.

- The 10 saves also tied the 2015 MLS mark held by Jamie Penedo and Stefan Frei.

- The Union move to 9-15-7 with the loss. New England moved to 13-10-8.

- It was Andrew Wenger's 20th MLS start of the season, but first as a defender.

- The draw moves the Union's unbeaten road record to three consecutive games, tying a franchise record. It snapped a two-game winning streak on the road, which also had tied a club record.
