Auggie's Halloween Essay Contest Launched

AUGUSTA, GA: The Augusta GreenJackets, Single "A" affiliate of the 2014 World Series Champion San Francisco Giants are excited to announce a fun new Halloween contest for kids! During the month of October, fans ages 14 and under can submit an essay titled "Why I would like Auggie GreenJacket to come to our class Halloween party". Auggie will read each essay and select one lucky winner!

The winning fan will be accompanied by Auggie to their classroom's Halloween pizza party catered by Little Caesars. Submissions will be accepted through October 23rd, 2015, and the winning student and teacher will be notified by October 26th, 2015.

Please send all essays with student name, school name and teacher contact info to dherron@greenjacketsbaseball.com. Deadline for entries is Friday, October 23rd!
