After shocking the Myrtle Beach Pelicans (77-54 Overall, 38-26 Road, 36-26 Second Half) at Pfitzner Stadium in the series opener of three games to begin a 2015 season-ending homestand last night with four runs in the 9th inning to take their sixth walk-off win this season, the Potomac Nationals (63-70 Overall, 32-32 Home, 30-33 Second Half) look to win the set.
Nationals RHP Austen Williams (4-4, 2.49) guns against Pelicans RHP Jonathan Martinez (8-2, 2.72).
Potomac is (4-12) against the "birds" on the current campaign.
The P-Nats can help play spoiler of the Pelicans' hopes of a Second Half Southern Division title as Myrtle Beach is 4.0 games back of the Winston-Salem Dash (Chicago White Sox) with an elimination number of three.
First pitch is scheduled for 7:05pm tonight at The Pfitz.
