Harrison, N.J. (Aug. 30, 2015) - D.C. United (13-10-5, 44 points) maintained its place atop the Eastern Conference despite a 3-0 loss at the New York Red Bulls (12-7-6, 42 points).

Bradley Wright-Phillips had two goals and an assist for the Red Bulls, who claimed the Atlantic Cup, the trophy given to the winner of the season series between the two teams.

D.C. United returns to action on Sept. 12 against the Colorado Rapids at Dick's Sporting Goods Park in Commerce City, Colo. (Comcast SportsNet, 9 p.m.).

*D.C. United utilized its 26th different starting lineup in 28 games.

*D.C. United suffered its season-high third consecutive defeat and its fifth defeat in a row at Red Bull Arena (including playoffs).

*D.C. United is now 7-8-1 when allowing the first goal and 5-5-1 when trailing at halftime.

*D.C. United is now 4-8-2 on the road in 2015.

*D.C. United is now 33-25-10 all-time against the Red Bulls, 13-15-5 at New York.

*Chris Pontius made his start since May 30, a span of 13 games.

*Head Coach Ben Olsen's overall record is now 62-74-40. He is 4-7-3 vs. New York.
