August 28, 2015 - Northwest League (NWL1)
Spokane Indians News Release
SPOKANE, Wash. - The Spokane Indians Baseball game is still scheduled for a 6:30 PM first pitch tomorrow, Saturday, August 29th. However, in light of Washington's current red flag warnings due to high winds and dry conditions, Fireworks have been removed from the post-game festivities. Instead, a donation will be made to the American Red Cross Washington Wildfire Disaster Relief Fund.
The donation is courtesy of the Spokane Indians Baseball Club, The Spokesman-Review and 98.9 KKZX.
The games has been renamed Wildfire Relief Community Night. To be a part of the night, tickets can be found here.
The Spokane Indians encourage all fans and sponsors to take action and donate as well. The American Red Cross relies on donations to help disaster victims, and public support is most appreciated. You can help by clicking, calling or texting:
