Solar Bears to Face Everblades in Pair of Preseason Games

ORLANDO, Fla. - The Orlando Solar Bears, proud affiliate of the NHL's Toronto Maple Leafs and AHL's Toronto Marlies, announced today that they will play a pair of preseason games against the Florida Everblades on Friday, October 9, and Saturday, October 10, 2015. For the fourth straight year, both games will be played at Germain Arena, the home of the Everblades, in Estero, Fla.
The Solar Bears and Everblades meet up for the first of the two games at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 9, and play the second of the back-to-back games at 7 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 10. Tickets for the two preseason games will go on sale at a later date at Ticketmaster.com. Since these two games are exhibition contests, the results of the games will not carry over into the regular season. Fans can tune into both games on iHeartSolarBears.com with a pregame show beginning 15 minutes prior to the drop of the puck.
The Solar Bears begin their 2015-16 regular season at the Amway Center for the second straight year when they take on the Greenville Road Warriors on Saturday, Oct. 17 at 7 p.m.
