Veteran Attacker Signs with Admirals for 2015-16

NORFOLK, Va. - The Norfolk Admirals announce today that the club has agreed to terms with center Michael Pelech for the 2015-16 season. Pelech previously played one game for the Admirals back in 2011-12.
Pelech, 25, had 25 goals and 59 points in 56 games for the Utah Grizzlies last season, his sixth as a pro. The 2009 sixth-round pick of the Los Angeles Kings has appeared in 374 ECHL contests, and totals 87 career goals and 277 points. He scored 35 points or more in five of six campaigns at the ECHL level and managed to find the net at least 10 times in each of those six seasons. A native of Toronto, the 6-foot-3 and 220-pounder registered two goals and four helpers in 34 AHL games for Rochester, Peoria, Connecticut, Worcester, Manchester, and one game with Norfolk (2011-12).
The Admirals open the 2015-16 season at home on October 16 versus the Wheeling Nailers at 7:30 p.m. Season tickets start at $400 and 10-pack tickets start at just $125.
