Teams Selected for Alumni Game

SAINT JOHN - The teams are now set for the 2015 Wallace McCain Memorial Alumni Reunion, presented by Atlantic Superstore, which is headlined by an alumni game today at Harbour Station at 2 p.m.
The Saint John Sea Dogs Foundation held a draft this morning to determine the players for both sides. Team McCain, led by captain Mike Thomas, won a coin toss to earn the first selection. Thomas chose former Sea Dogs teammate and current Anaheim Ducks defenceman Simon Despres. In all, 31 players (26 alumni, 5 current) were chosen by Thomas and Team McGraw captain Jonathan Huberdeau.

Tickets for the game are available now at the Harbour Station Box Office, online at harbourstation.ca, or by calling 657-1234. They are $10 for adults and $5 for seniors, students and youth, taxes and fees included. Children 3-and-under are free.
A silent auction will take place throughout the game. A postgame autograph and meet-and-greet session with alumni will be held immediately following the game at Harbour Station. Fans must purchase a game ticket in order to have access to the players.
A reception and live auction will follow at Rocky's Sports Bar beginning at 8 p.m.
Proceeds from the event will go to the Children's Wish Foundation of Canada, New Brunswick Chapter.
