PENSACOLA, Fla., - The Cincinnati Reds have announced the following roster changes for the Pensacola Blue Wahoos prior to tonight's game against the Chattanooga Lookouts at AT&T Field.
- Jacob Johnson, RHP, has been transferred from Triple-A Louisville
Johnson, 24, started the season in Pensacola and was promoted to Louisville July 21. He made his Triple-A debut on July 23rd. He's gone 3-2 with three starts and 19 relief appearances with a 4.88 ERA in 51.2 innings of work for Pensacola this year.
The Pensacola Blue Wahoos have 25 active players on the roster.
The Blue Wahoos embark on a 10-day road trip against the Chattanooga Lookouts and Jacksonville Suns. Come experience the family-fun entertainment when the team returns home August 7 to take on the Birmingham Barons.
