Another season of Musketeers hockey is almost upon us!
If you had season tickets last season, and you haven't renewed for the upcoming season yet, please do so prior to close of business this Thursday, July 30th so that we can get a season ticket book ordered for you.
You'll still be able to renew after the July 30th deadline, but any renewals or new season ticket purchases after that date will not be in book format, they will be regular printed ticket stock.
SEASON TICKET HOLDER DINNER, SEPTEMBER 23RD
We're changing things up this season! The first season ticket holder dinner of the 2015-16 season will take place before the actual season begins. Mark your calendars for Wednesday night, September 23rd from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. We'll host the dinner in Long Lines like we always do. Season Tickets will be distributed to everyone at the event. Executive Vice President Rich Zaber will discuss a few topics prior to Head Coach Jay Varady, who will speak and introduce the team at 6:30pm.
Centerplate will prepare another delicious meal (menu to follow at a later date). We'll have pizza on hand as well!
We will continue with the process that was used at the last dinner ensure that we have enough food for everyone who arrives later in the evening:
Each Season Ticket Holder will be issued two tickets as they enter the dinner. The first ticket is good for the first serving session from 5:00pm thru 6:00pm. The second ticket is good for the second serving session from 6:30pm until 7:00pm. Essentially what this does is designate a time slot for anyone who would like to have a second serving, to do so after allowing time for everyone to go through the line once for the first hour of the dinner event.
Servers will be present on the serving line to serve each individual portion of the meal to ensure that portion sizes allow the amount of food prepared to cover the expected number of guests who will eat at least one time.
Food and drink will not be allowed to leave the dinner area.
SEASON TICKET PICK UP EVENT
TIn case you missed it in the block above, season tickets will be available for pick up at the Season Ticket Holder dinner on Wednesday night, September 23rd at the Tyson Events Center. The first season ticket holder dinner will take place during this time as well.
For those unable to make the dinner, season tickets will be available to pick up in our office beginning on Thursday, September 24th at 9:00AM through Friday, October 2nd at 5:00pm. Please be sure to pick up your season ticket books by 5:00pm on October 2nd. We anticipate a very large walk-up crowd for the home opener this season, and you won't want to wait in line to pick up your season tickets.
