Jobu Returns & Fireworks All Weekend Long at Classic Park

The Captains will begin a six-game home stand on Tuesday, July 28 as the Lansing Lugnuts will be in town to take on the Captains for three games, followed by a weekend series against Great Lakes.

The home stand begins on Tuesday, July 28 with Bark in the Park. This is an opportunity for fans to bring their canine friends to Classic Park. Dog owners may purchase $5 pooch passes for the game, from which a portion of the proceeds will benefit local animal charities.

Tuesday will also feature All-You-Can-Eat Dinner and Drinks in the Officer's Club Suite for $40. The package includes a game ticket, dinner buffet with two entrée stations, snacks, dessert bar, soft drinks and bottled water, domestic draft beer and individual-sized wines. First Pitch is at 7 PM.

Wednesday, July 29, is a special 1 PM start time.

Thirsty Thursday, presented by Labatt and ESPN 850 WKNR, will feature a .25-cent Labatt Beer Happy Hour for one hour before game time, and half-price domestic draft beer until 9 PM and half-price soda all game long. Game time is set for 7 PM.

The Captains offer an all-you-can eat wing and pizza buffet outside the Corona Castaways Bar for only $14 every Thursday and this week is no different. In addition, fans can also take advantage of an All-You-Can-Eat-Buffet in the Captains Cove, on the luxury level of Classic Park. The $25 package includes admission to The Cove, an all-you-can-eat buffet and non-alcoholic beverages. Game time is set for 7 PM.

On Friday, July 31, the Captains will host Upward Night, presented by JBL Sports Ministries. The Captains post-game summer concert series continues with Sumrada, the second of five bands performing this Summer. Sumrada has been performing at clubs, wedding receptions, corporate events, festivals and fundraisers for over 25 years and the band has been voted #1 in many categories throughout the years by Cleveland's Hot List.

Friday is also a Friday Fireworks Night, presented by CPR Cell Phone Repair. The fireworks will be set to Christian Pop Rock music. Gates will open at 5:30 PM and the first pitch will follow at 7 PM.

Saturday, August 1 will be the Captains traditional salute to Cleveland Sports History as the team will wear a Cleveland Cavaliers-themed jersey which will be auctioned off after the game. A portion of the proceeds from the jersey auction will benefit Captains Charities and other local non-profit organizations. Many local sports celebrities will be in attendance, with a full list being announced later this week.
