Dunedin Blue Jays News Release
DUNEDIN, FL - The Dunedin Blue Jays welcome all dogs once again as the club is happy to announce it will host Dog-Friendly Weekend, sponsored by PEDIGREE, at Florida Auto Exchange Stadium from July 10-12th.
The 2015 Dunedin Blue Jays season is the summer of the canine. The Blue Jays have enjoyed two (2) 'Bark in the Park' events during the first half of the season.
Now, dogs will receive free admission to the first three of four games against the Jupiter Hammerheads, the Class-A Advanced affiliate of the Miami Marlins. The first two games of the four-game set, on Friday and Saturday, will begin at 6:30PM, while Sunday evening's contest is scheduled to get underway at 5:00PM.
Dog vendors will be on hand throughout the concourse and Dentastix will be handed out following each game.
Additionally, Fishing Night is Saturday, July 11th. There will be various fishing themed giveaways, including rod and reel combos, charters, and more. It is also a 'Jays Win, You Win' Movie Night presented by Cobb Theatres. If the Blue Jays win, all ticket stubs are good for free movie admission at Cobb Theatres Countryside Mall.
