Monday's Series Opener Postponed

KANSAS CITY, Kan. - Monday night's series opener between the T-Bones and Grand Prairie has been postponed because of rain. It has been rescheduled as part of a doubleheader (seven-inning games) on Tuesday, July 7, starting at 5:30 p.m. The replica T-Bones jersey giveaway for the first 2,000 adults will go on as planned, with the gates opening as originally scheduled at 5:30. Shortly after the second game there will be a special fireworks display.
Kansas City (21-16) has won its last six games, and nine out of its last 10. Grand Prairie will begin the series with a record of 17-26.
Tickets for Tuesday's games are available by calling the Providence Medical Center Box Office at CommunityAmerica Ballpark at 913-328-5618.
