NORMAL, Ill. - The Normal CornBelters, presented by Illinois Corn Farmers, announced their July promotion schedule for 2015. Throughout the month of July, the Normal CornBelters will hold numerous promotions that everyone will want to be a part of. With tickets starting at only $6.00, there is no reason not to head out to the Corn Crib to enjoy these promotions.
The first homestand after the Fourth of July, will begin on July 7th and will feature the Banana Derby at the Corn Crib, come on out to see your favorite monkey jockeys riding on the back of their four-legged friends! Reminder every Tuesday home game will feature the Busey Bank Reading Program. Kids 12 and under can purchase half priced Box seat tickets and all kids in attendance can run the bases after the game.
On Wednesday, July 8th the CornBelters battle the Schaumburg Boomers in a special 12:30 p.m. start time at the Corn Crib. Bring your four-legged friends with you to the ballpark as well as a Meijer receipt to receive four free tickets. Reminder one lucky fan will also receive a $100 Meijer gift card.
Be at the Corn Crib on Thursday July 9th to help welcome Pete Rose to Normal, Ill.! Purchase a V.I.P. Package for $100 per person which includes, 1 game ticket, 1 Pete Rose meet and greet, 1 Pete Rose Bobble Head and a photo opportunity. Game time is 6:35 p.m., gates open at 5:35 p.m. This is a night you will not want to miss! Reminder every Thursday home game is Miller Thirst Quenching Thursday. Enjoy $1.00 domestic beers, $2.00 margaritas and $2.00 craft beers.
The Frontier Greys come to town on July 10th. Escape the July heat and head to the Corn Crib for Christmas in July! Santa will be at the Corn Crib, presents will be collected for the brotherhood tree; and reminder every Friday home game fans can witness a fantastic fireworks show from the field. Plus, there will be a 'Salute to Armed Forces' to recognize active military members and veterans in attendance.
Mad Chad will be at the Corn Crib on July 11th, come out to the Corn Crib to be part of this exciting promotion! Also State Farm agents, employees and policy holders can purchase half priced Box Seat Tickets (only $6.00 each) by showing an employee ID card or insurance card at the Mid-Illini Credit Union Box Office to take advantage of this offer.
July 12th is Princess and Superhero day at the Corn Crib! Game time is 3:05 p.m. and gates open at 2:05 p.m. Fans that come dressed like their favorite princess or superhero will receive half off one box seat ticket. There will be a pregame princess/superhero parade, meet and greet with superheroes and princesses along the concourse, post-game kids can run the bases and players will be signing autographs, and there will be zoo lady face painting. Purchase a princess package which includes two box seat tickets and two food vouchers, or a superhero package which includes two box seat tickets and two food vouchers for $25 per package (advance registration is required for packages, deadline July 8th). Dogs will invade the Corn Crib on July 22nd for Bark at the Park Nigh! Fans are encouraged to bring their four-legged friends out to the ballpark to cheer on the CornBelters. The Humane Society of Central Illinois will have adoptable dogs on the concourse all night long. Game time is 6:35 p.m., gates open at 5:35 p.m. Reminder the first 25 fans to present a Meijer receipt (dated May-September) will receive four free tickets. Plus, one lucky fan will receive a $100 Meijer gift card!
July 25th be at the Corn Crib for Boy Scouts Night and Dave the Horn Guy will be in attendance as well. Reminder every Saturday home game State Farm agents, employees and policy holders can purchase half priced Box Seat tickets just by showing a State Farm ID or insurance card at the Mid-Illini Credit Union Box Office.
On July 26th Dave the Horn Guy is back at the Corn Crib once again. Game time is 3:05 p.m. and gates open at 2:05 p.m. Reminder every Sunday home game will feature post-game, on-field autographs from players, coaches and our favorite Mascot Corny! All kids in attendance can run the bases after the game.
