USHL Breaks Draft Record
June 27, 2015 - United States Hockey League (USHL) News Release
Sunrise, FL - With 37 players selected who spent time in the USHL during the 2014-15 season, the League has broken its own record for most skaters drafted for seven consecutive seasons. In addition, nine USHL alumni were drafted including 2nd overall selection Jack Eichel. First round selections included Kyle Connor, Colin White, Brock Boeser and Jack Roslovic. Unofficial NHL Draft count of players who skated in at least one game for a league is as follows: (37) USHL; (37) WHL; (33) OHL; (31) QMJHL.
