Philadelphia Union Fireworks Show Update
June 26, 2015 - Major League Soccer (MLS)
Philadelphia Union News Release
Chester, Pa. (June 26, 2015)- The Philadelphia Union has postponed the June 27 fireworks show due to the inclement weather forecast for Saturday's 7 p.m. game against the Montreal Impact, the club announced Friday.
With rain scheduled for Saturday, the Union's annual fireworks show, part of the Fourth of July holiday celebration, will take place on July 11 after the game against the Portland Timbers.
Local members of the U.S. Military will still receive recognition during Saturday's game against Montreal as planned with the Tickets for Troops program.
The U Camp Out, scheduled for July 11 allowing fans to camp on the field at PPL Park after the game against Portland, will take place once the fireworks have ended.
Tickets are still available for Saturday's game against the Montreal Impact and the July 11 game against the Portland Timbers at www.philadelphiaunion.com/tickets or by calling 877-21-Union. Tickets start at $27.
