Flint, Michigan - Firebirds Head Coach John Gruden announced today that Rich Tremblay has been hired as the club's full-time Strength and Conditioning Coach.

Tremblay, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), brings veteran knowledge to the Firebirds with 12 years of elite hockey training experience.

"Becoming a member of the Firebirds staff as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach is truly an honor and I'm eager to get started," said Rich.
