Outlaws Attackman John Grant Jr. Named MLL Warrior Offensive Player of the Week

DENVER - Denver Outlaws attackman John Grant Jr. was named the MLL's Warrior Offensive Player of the Week, it was announced on Tuesday.
Grant Jr.'s eight points and MLL-best 15th career game-winning goal helped the Outlaws to a 22-21 overtime victory over the Rochester Rattlers at Sports Authority Field at Mile High on Saturday. He tied the Outlaws franchise record with seven goals to represent the most by a MLL player this season.
Grant scored at least one goal in each quarter during last weekend's game, including the opening goal 1:09 into the contest and the overtime game winner 1:23 into the extra period.
His performance netted Coca-Cola Player of the Game honors.
