Shuckers Have Promotion-Filled Weekend Planned at MGM Park

The first half champions of the Southern League South Division have a big weekend planned to close out the first half of the season. The Shuckers continue their series with Montgomery tonight through Sunday, with game times each night set for 7:10 p.m. Tickets remain for each game.

The weekend is full of promotions. Saturday is Alzheimer's Awareness Day at MGM Park. Biloxi Shuckers players will wear a special purple cap for the first inning of Saturday's game. The players will then autograph the caps and they will be auctioned off on the concourse and all proceeds will go towards the Alzheimer's Association. Let's Paint the Park Purple that evening!

Father's Day festivities include pre-game catch on the field. Father's bring your own gloves and baseballs and play catch with your kids during pre-game. Moms have Dad visit the Prostate Cancer Awareness booth on the concourse courtesy of Fans for the Cure.

Following Sunday's game, fireworks will light up the sky above MGM Park and American Star Field for the first time with a post-game fireworks extravaganza!
