McGrath to Attend Program of Excellence Goaltending Camp

The Sudbury Wolves wish to congratulate goaltending prospect JAKE MCGRATH who has been invited to attend Hockey Canada's 10th annual Program of Excellence goaltending camp from June 12th - 14th at Canlan IceSports in Toronto. MCGRATH is one of 34 goaltenders who were invited to attend the three day camp where they will work with a number of instructors. The Program of Excellence camp is used as an evaluation tool for Hockey Canada's World Under 17 Hockey Challenge team.
The 16-year-old Mississauga native was selected by the Wolves in the 8th round of the 2015 OHL Priority Selection (142nd overall) from the Toronto Marlboros. MCGRATH had an outstanding season in net for the Marlboros to a GTHL Championship and OHL Cup Championship. He also helped back-stop the GTHL Blue Team to a gold medal victory at the OHL Gold Cup in Kitchener in May.
