Winston-Salem Dash News Release

The Chicago White Sox have announced the following roster moves affecting the Winston-Salem Dash:

- LHP Sean Hagan promoted to Triple-A Charlotte from Winston-Salem

- C Jeremy Dowdy assigned to Winston-Salem from Triple-A Charlotte

- C Ryan Plourde assigned to extended spring training from Winston-Salem

Hagan was 1-1 with a 4.22 earned run average in 11 appearances with Winston-Salem this season. The St. John's product will make his first jump above High-A ball.

Dowdy has played 13 games between Winston-Salem and Triple-A Charlotte. He is hitting .154 with four RBIs and five runs scored.

Plourde played in one game with the Dash, going 2-for-4 on Sunday at Salem.

The Dash's roster stands at 23 players, two players shy of the Carolina League maximum. There are seven players on the disabled list.
