The 2015 New York Lizards draftees will suit up with the team for the first time at practice on Wednesday next week.

Ryan Walsh

Colgate | Attack | 6'4 | 235 lbs.

Recently named an NCAA All-American, Walsh finished at the top of the All-Patriot League with 31 goals and 45 points. Finishing his senior year with 33 goals in 16 games played, Walsh's collegiate career totals include 65 games played, 139 goals, 64 assists and 108 groundballs.

Head Coach Joe Spallina on Walsh: "Walsh gives us an element in our attack that we don't have. He's a big frame but very skilled. He can dodge, pass, shoot, do everything. He's an intriguing prospect."

Hakeem Lecky

Syracuse | Midfield | 5'10 | 175 lbs.

Recently named an NCAA All-American, Lecky was a 2015 season co-captain for Syracuse's Men's Lacrosse team. He scored a collegiate career-high of 15 goals in the 2014 season, later overcoming that in the 2015 season with 17 goals. Collegiate career totals include 68 games played, 46 goals, 12 assists and 27 groundballs.

Spallina on Lecky: "The kid is electric. His first step is one of the best I've ever seen. Lecky is the type of midfielder that can exceed at the MLL level. He's also a three-year captain and brings leadership and ability to create a strong offense."

Michael Pellegrino Johns Hopkins | Long Stick Midfield | 5'8 | 185 lbs.

A second-year team captain of Johns Hopkins Men's Lacrosse, Pellegrino was recently named an NCAA All-American. He has also played more games than any returning player on his team. His collegiate career totals include 62 games played, 8 goals, 8 assists and 154 groundballs.

Spallina on Pellegrino: "Pellegrino is an outstanding long-stick midi. He's someone we watched grow up coming from Long Island. He is a great leader on the collegiate level and is fantastic between the lines. He can get up and down the field at a high level."

Conrad Oberbeck Yale | Attack | 6'1 | 190 lbs.

Recently named an NCAA All-American, Oberbeck was selected to the Tewaarton Award Watch List. He stands second in Yale's history for all-time career goals. His collegiate career totals include 63 games played, 133 goals, 49 assists and 77 groundballs.

Spallina on Oberbeck: "Oberbeck has had a tremendous senior year. He's a lefty that can create and shoot and can certainly help us in different areas. We are excited from what we've seen."

Mike Malave

Hofstra | Midfield | 5'11 | 183 lbs.

Selected pre-season to the All-CAA team, Malave was a 2015 co-captain for Hofstra's Men's Lacrosse team. His collegiate career totals include 56 games played, 74 goals, 18 assists, and 34 groundballs.

Spallina on Malave: "Malave is a great shooter. He does a great job on the extra man, and is able to dodge and get up and down field. He's a nice prospect for our team."

Lukas Mikelinich

Lehigh | Defense | 5'11 | 180 lbs.

Posting a collegiate career-high 37 groundballs and 18 caused turnovers in the 2014 season, Mikelinich racked up another 30 groundballs in the 2015 season. His collegiate career totals include 53 games played, 1 goal and 88 groundballs.Spallina on Mikelinich: "Mikelinich is Lehigh's top coverage defenseman and another local product. He presents great opportunities to compete."

Matt Poillon Lehigh | Goalie |5'10 | 185 lbs.

Named a two-time Patriot League Goalie of the Year, Poillon finished at the top of the All-Patriot League with 31 goals and 45 points. His collegiate career totals include over 3275 minutes in the net with a 7.7 Goals Allowed average per game, and 561 saves that evens out to a 57% save percentage.

Spallina on Poillon: "Poillon is the top-rated goalie in the draft. He's also a local guy that we're looking to develop alongside Drew."
