Bradenton, FL - The Daytona Tortugas (28-19) managed just three hits as the Marauders (23-24) won 3-1 on Thursday night at McKechnie Field. LHP Cody Dickson (W, 4-3) allowed just one hit and three walks while striking out five over five innings to earn the win.

The Marauders opened the scoring in the first. JaCoby Jones singled with one out and went to third when 2B Erich Weiss doubled. 1B Jose Osuna lifted a fly ball to right field to for a sacrifice fly to plate Jones and give Bradenton a 1-0 lead.

DH Edwin Espinal stretched the lead in the fourth inning. His double to left scored Weiss and RF Harold Ramirez to cap the home team's scoring.

RHP Clario Perez surrendered one run over three innings. RHP Brett McKinney struck out the side after a leadoff walk in the ninth to earn the save.

NOTES: The game began at 6:33 p.m. under partly cloudy skies, 89 degrees, and wind blowing 10 mph from right to left ... The Marauders have been within two games on either side of .500 for 40 straight games ... Brett McKinney is now third in the FSL with eight saves ...
