The Cleveland Indians have announced the following roster moves affecting the Lynchburg Hillcats:

(+) Right-handed pitcher J.P. Feyereisen has been transferred from Lake County (A) to Lynchburg.

(-) Infielder Yonathan Mendoza has been transferred from Lynchburg to Mahoning Valley (R).

FEYEREISEN (pronounced Fire-Rise-In) posted a 1-0 record with 10 saves and a 1.08 ERA in 16 games with Lake County this year. He struck out 25 in 16 2/3 innings and held opponents' to a .127 batting average. In 2014, he made 15 appearances for Mahoning Valley and went 3-0 with four saves. He did not allow an earned run and struck out 24 while only walking one batter in 17 innings with the Scrappers last season. He was drafted in the 16th round last year out of UW-Stevens Point, which is the same school as current Washington Nationals starting pitcher Jordan Zimmerman.

The Hillcats' roster remains at 25 active players, which is the Carolina League maximum. There are four players on the Disabled List.
