Garreffa Commits to Rangers

Kitchener Rangers General Manager Murray Hiebert announced today that Joseph Garreffa has committed to the team and has signed an Ontario Hockey League standard player agreement. Garreffa was the Rangers' third round pick, 44th overall in the 2015 OHL Priority Selection.
He is described by Rangers scouts as a skilled player, with good puck skills and playmaking abilities. He recorded seven points in six games with Team Ontario at the 2015 Canada Winter Games.
Garreffa also represented the Greater Toronto Hockey League at the 2015 OHL Gold Cup and won a gold medal with Team GTHL Blue.
