Tampa, Fla. - Bark at the Ballpark is back at Steinbrenner Field on Saturday, June 27th. The gates will open promptly at 4:30PM and the Tampa Yankees will take on the St. Lucie Mets at 6:00PM.

Fans are invited to bring their K-9 friend to interact with local pet businesses that will be handing out giveaways, coupons, and business information. The night is sponsored by Pedigree and The New Barker. All dogs must have a $4 ticket, valid county tags, and current vaccinations in order to enter the stadium. All dog ticket proceeds from the night will benefit the Animal Coalition of Tampa (ACT).

The Animal Coalition of Tampa offers high quality, affordable spay/neuter, vaccines and wellness care at a low cost to animals throughout the Tampa Bay area. ACT is a non-profit whose mission is to provide affordable care to pet owners in the community as well as educating the community on proper pet care. In April of 2014, ACT's brand new facility was burnt to the ground by an arsonist. ACT has had to move into a temporary facility and are working to raise money to move into a more permanent home.

Saturday is Friends & Family Night with the Tampa Yankees sponsored by Tampa's Lowry Park Zoo. Family 4-Packs will be available for $38 and include four reserved tickets, four hot dogs, four bags of chips, four sodas, four TY caps & two passes to Tampa's Lowry Park Zoo. Before the game, kids will have the opportunity to run the bases from 5-5:15PM & players will be signing autographs on the concourse from 5:10-5:30PM.

Individual game tickets can be purchased at the George M. Steinbrenner Field Box Office. Tickets start at $4 for general admission, $6 for reserved seating, and parking is always free.
