Oklahoma City Barons News Release
OKLAHOMA CITY - Due to the potential for severe weather and travel concerns for LA Galaxy II's arrival in Oklahoma City yesterday, the USL made the decision to postpone tonight's game.
"The safety of our fans, players, staff and opponents is of the utmost importance," said Energy FC co-owner Bob Funk, Jr. "As Oklahomans, we know how unpredictable the weather can be. Our intentions were to play the game with constant and consistent monitoring of the weather conditions in conjunction with the league."
The game is re-scheduled for Tuesday, August 4. Tickets for the game May 9 can be used for the re-scheduled date of August 4.
