RHP Peter Tago Promoted to Winston-Salem

The Chicago White Sox have announced the following roster move affecting the Winston-Salem Dash:

- RHP Peter Tago promoted to Winston-Salem from Low-A Kannapolis

Tago posted a 3.75 earned run average in seven relief appearances for the Intimidators before his promotion. Acquired in the Triple-A Phase of last year's Rule 5 Draft, Tago pitched in the Rockies' organization from 2011-2014 after being the 47th overall pick in the 2010 MLB Draft. In 2011, he was teammates with Super Bowl quarterback Russell Wilson with the Asheville Tourists.

The Dash now have the Carolina League-maximum 25 players on their active roster, along with four men on the disabled list.
