Ticats Add Three to Roster

HAMILTON- The Hamilton Tiger-Cats announced today that the team has signed international receivers Lamont Bryant and Deon Anthony as well as international offensive lineman Everett Benyard.

Bryant, 6-5, 230-pound, native of Newport News, Virginia, arrives in TigerTown after previously spending time with the NFL's Baltimore Ravens, Carolina Panthers and Tennessee Titans as well as the Edmonton Eskimos. As a senior at Morgan State, he led the Bears with 371 receiving yards on 21 receptions en route to being name a first-team All-Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference selection in 2011.

Anthony, a 5-11, 214-pound, native of New Iberia, Louisiana, finished his collegiate career at Troy after transferring from Hinds Community College. In his two seasons at Troy, he served as both a situational quarterback and a receiver, compiling 2,160 all-purpose yards and 11 touchdowns. The 2012 second-team All-Sun Belt selection spent training camp with the NFL's Kansas City Chiefs last season.

Benyard, a 6-6, 320-pound, native of San Diego, California, played 40 games in four seasons at the University of Oregon.
