Bluefish Serving up New Food at the Ballpark at Harbor Yard

(Bridgeport, Conn. - April 24, 2015) - The Bridgeport Bluefish today announced the wide variety of food options they will offer fans at The Ballpark at Harbor Yard in 2015.
Centerplate, the hospitality and catering partner of the Bluefish, are excited to bring some local flavors to the Ballpark, along with a few unique dishes like the "Bases Loaded" waffle fries with crawfish étouffée, which will be served at the Barnum Bites stand on the concourse.
"The Ballpark at Harbor Yard is a huge part of the Bridgeport community," says Chris Morgan, Centerplate General Manager for The Ballpark at Harbor Yard. "We want to celebrate local businesses as well as introduce fans to new flavors."
Returning to the Ballpark this year are Rita's Italian Ice, Sunny Daes ice cream, CM Concessions with cotton candy and other ballpark favorites, and Snack Attack, which will serve brand new Oreo Churros with a side of warm icing for dipping.
Other new additions to the Ballpark include:
Massimo's Pizza, featuring a pie topped with hot dogs and French fries.
Barbeque favorites at Uncle G's Smoke Shack.
Tastes & Brews of New England, featuring New England-brewed beers plus some regional favorite dishes.
Gourmet burgers at the Sam Adams American Grill.
New Haven's own RIPE Craft Bar Juice.
Be sure to come down to The Ballpark at Harbor Yard this season to taste all of these mouth-watering new selections. The season begins tonight at 5:35 p.m. with gates opening at 4:00 p.m.
