Phillips, Little Receive All-League Honors

(LONDON, Ontario) - The National Basketball League of Canada announced Wednesday that Lightning players Marvin Phillips and Emmanuel Little have received All-League Honors.
Marvin Phillips, a fan favourite and former League MVP, was named to 1st Team All-NBLC. Phillips averaged 20 points and 10 rebounds per game last season, was named the NBL Canada Player of the week on three separate occasions, and led the league in rebounding during the regular season.
Emmanuel Little was named to the NBLC All-Defence team. Little finished the regular season averaging 17 points and seven rebounds per game and was named the NBL Player of the Week for December 14.
"Congratulations to Marvin and Emmanuel for the well-deserved recognition of their efforts this season" said team owner, Vito Frijia.
