Dunedin Blue Jays News Release

DUNEDIN, FL - The Dunedin Blue Jays welcome dogs and all Blue Jays fans to Florida Auto Exchange for the ninth annual Bark in the Park on Saturday, April 25th, the first of two such events during the 2015 Blue Jays season.

The Jays will take on the Brevard County Manatees on a day that will combine the great outdoors, baseball and man's (and woman's) best friend.

Gates for the Florida State League North Division matchup will open at 5:30 PM for the event and the first 250 dogs to enter the stadium will receive a free Rope Frisbee courtesy of Island Dog Outfitters.

Tickets for the event are $7 for humans and $3 for dogs. All proceeds from doggie tickets will benefit the Suncoast Animal League.

The evening at the ballpark will feature amazing dogs for adoption and lots of great dog vendors showcasing what's new in the doggie world. For $25, vendors receive four (4) tickets to the game, a table on the concourse, posters to promote the event and a public address announcement. The $25 vendor fee is donated to the Suncoast Animal League.

Bark in the Park is being co-sponsored by 'The New Barker' dog magazine, which is helping promote the event.

Additionally, when the Jays when you win! Game tickets for the April 25th game against Brevard County will be good for a free movie at Cobb Theatre in Countryside Mall if the Blue Jays defeat to Manatees.

The second Bark in the Park event of will be held on Saturday, May 23rd when the Dunedin Blue Jays square off against the St. Lucie Mets. To find out more about both Bark in the Park dates and to purchase tickets, visit DunedinBlueJays.com.
