Today's Game
This afternoon, the Bisons host the Lehigh Valley IronPigs in the finale of a four-game series at Coca-Cola Field (1:05 p.m.). Buffalo has won five straight and will be going for the four-game sweep of the IronPigs today. After the game, the team leaves for a seven-game roadtrip with three in Pawtucket and four in Lehigh Valley.

The Bisons have won seven straight games over the IronPigs at Coca-Cola Field. Today, the Herd is playing for its second consecutive four-game sweep in Buffalo. The Bisons took all four from the IronPigs here, July 25-28 of last year. Overall, the Bisons are 24-11 (.686) in their last 34 games against the IL North rival.
Austin Bibens-Dirkx
RHP AUSTIN BIBENS-DIRKX makes his 2015 debut this afternoon. The righty was promoted to the Bisons on five occasions last year and was 2-2 with a 3.89 ERA with the Herd. Bibens-Dirkx made four spot starts for Buffalo last year and was 1-1 with a 5.82 ERA in those outings.

The Bisons pitching staff has now allowed runs in just six of its last 67 innings of work, including just three runs over 41.0 innings of work during this five-game winning streak. The Bisons 1.76 ERA leads the International League. Buffalo has also walked the fewest batters in the IL (23) and leads the circuit with a .201 opponents' batting average.
Chris Colabello
INF CHRIS COLABELLO has reached base in each of the eight games he's played this year. The slugger has seven hits and six walks for a .406 on-base pct. In this series against Lehigh Valley, Colabello has hit .455 (5-11) with two homers, four RBI and a .538 on-base pct. He ranks tied for 4th in the IL with a Bisons' team-high eight runs scored.
Bobby Korecky
RHP BOBBY KORECKY is a perfect 2-for-2 in save chances this season. The veteran has converted 24 of his 27 save opportunities in his three-year Bisons career, good for a 88.9% success rate. His 24 Herd saves are tied for the 5th most in the team's modern era.
Bisons Bits
The Bisons already have four victories this year when scoring three or fewer runs. They had 11 such wins in all of 2014 (11-55)...OF EZEQUIEL CARRERA collected his 300th professional stolen base yesterday.
Blue Jays Update
The Blue Jays (6-6) won 6-5 on Saturday in 10 innings over the Braves thanks to Josh Donaldson's walk-off home run. Danny Valencia had four hits, including two doubles, in the win. Jays host the Braves today at 1:07pm.
