Four Hawks Named to NHL Central Scouting Final Rankings

Four Portland Winterhawks have been named in NHL Central Scouting's final rankings for the 2015 NHL Entry Draft: Paul Bittner came in at #26 among North American skaters, Keoni Texeira was ranked 143rd, and Evan Weinger was ranked 161st. In addition, goaltender Adin Hill was ranked fourth among North American goalies, making him the top-ranked Draft-eligible netminder from the WHL.
Bittner finished the regular season fourth in team scoring with 34 goals and 37 assists for 71 points in 66 games, and his +39 rating was third on the team.
Hill led all WHL goaltenders with a save percentage of .921, and tied for ninth with a goals against average of 2.81. He finished his rookie season with a record of 31-11-1-0 and two shutouts.
In his second season, Texeira had eight goals and 18 assists for 26 points in 71 games, along with a +32 rating.
Weinger posted seven goals and 19 assists for 26 points in 61 games, and led the team in scoring among rookies.
