Two Staff Members to Join Canada's U-18 Team

Kamloops, BC - The Kamloops Blazers will have two members of their full-time staff on Hockey Canada's U-18 World Championship staff.

Athletic Trainer Colin 'Toledo' Robinson will be the team's Equipment Manager, while Director of Hockey/Media Administration Tim O'Donovan will be the team's Video Manager.

The U-18 team will compete at the U-18 World Championships in Zug and Lucerne Switzerland from April 16-26. Canada won a Bronze Medal at the 2014 U-18 World Championships in Imatra and Lappeenranta Finland.

Tim Hunter (Moose Jaw Warriors) will be the team's Head Coach. Ian Herbers (University of Alberta) and Louis Robitaille (Drummondville Voltigeurs) will be the team's Assistant Coaches.

Robinson has plenty of experience with Hockey Canada having worked the World Junior Championships in 1998 and 2002. He also worked with the U-18 team in 2000.

O'Donovan has been the Video Coach for Team Pacific and Canada at the 2013 and 2015 U-17 World Challenge. He also handled the Media Relations for Canada at the U-18 World Championships in 2014.
