Steffes Headed to Milwaukee; Arseneau and Turgeon Loaned to Allen

Allen, Texas - The Allen Americans announced today that ECHL leading goal scorer, Gary Steffes, has been loaned to the Milwaukee Admirals of the American Hockey League, while Allen received forward Vincent Arseneau from Worcester, and Tony Turgeon yesterday from San Antonio.
Gary Steffes leads the ECHL with 44 goals, and is second in the league in points with 73. The native of Grand Blanc, Michigan, is in his first season with the Americans. Steffes is having a career year with highs in goals, points and assists.
I'm honored and blessed for the chance to play in Milwaukee," said ECHL leading goal scorer Gary Steffes. "I have heard nothing but great things about the Admirals organization, and I look forward to the opportunity. I am grateful to the Americans organization and Coach Martinson along with my teammates in Allen. I wouldn't be here without them.
In other transactions, the Americans added forward Vincent Arseneau, on loan from Worcester of the American League. Arseneau played in 26 AHL games over his three-year pro career . The power forward skated in 47 games with the Denver Cutthroats last season, scoring 24 goals and 13 assists for 47 points.
The Americans also added forward Tony Turgeon, on loan from San Antonio. Turgeon skated in 16 games for the Rampage this season, adding one assist and 46 penalty minutes.
