Cranbrook, BC --The Kootenay ICE Hockey Club and The Drive 102.9 FM announced today they have agreed upon a new three-year broadcasting agreement. The new agreement will cover the 2015-16 through 2017-18 WHL seasons.
The agreement will continue with the same format as the past 15 years with all 72 regular season and playoff games being broadcast live. Jeff Hollick will remain as the Play-By-Play Broadcaster of the ICE, a position he has held since the 1999-2000 season.

We look forward to building on this long-standing relationship with our local radio partner," said ICE General Manager Jeff Chynoweth.
"102.9 The Drive and B-104 are thrilled with the announcement of a continued partnership with the Kootenay ICE. We continue to see the ICE as a cornerstone of the community and are proud to partner with them on and off the ice," said Jason Caven, General Sales Manager of CHDR-FM The Drive.
