Orlando City SC Striker Cyle Larin Called up to Canadian Men's National Team

ORLANDO - March 19, 2015 - Orlando City Soccer Club forward Cyle Larin has been called up to the Canadian Men's National Team (CMNT) for two friendlies against Guatemala and Puerto Rico in the final international friendly window prior to the start of the 2018 FIFA World Cup TM qualifiers in June.
Originally drafted number one overall by Orlando City in the 2015 Major League Soccer (MLS) SuperDraft, Larin has already made three appearances with the Canadian Men's National Team at only 19 years old. The striker most recently featured for the CMNT in a 1-0 defeat against Colombia on October 14, 2014.
The 23-man roster assembled by head coach Benito Floro will begin training in Orlando, Florida, on Sunday, March 22, before venturing to Fort Lauderdale for their contest against Guatemala at Lockhart Stadium.
Shortly afterward, Canada will travel to San Juan, Puerto Rico, on Sunday, March 29, in advance of their match, which takes place on Monday, March 30, at the Estadio Juan Roman Loubriel in Bayamon, Puerto Rico.
