The Victoria Royals defeated the Kelowna Rockets 6-3 at Prospera Place in Kelowna on Wednesday night in the start of a three game week for the Rockets.

Despite outshooting the Royals 47-26 in the game, Kelowna couldn't muster enough offense on the night, in falling to 50-12-4-1 on the season.

Jackson Whistle took the loss in the Kelowna net.

The Rockets will now get set for a home and home series this weekend against the Kamloops Blazers as the teams will meet Friday in Kamloops before returning to Kelowna on Saturday night.
