X-League to Hold College Draft

March 6, 2015 - X-League (X-League) News Release

(Palm Harbor, FL) | On Tuesday March 10, 2015, the 10 X-League Indoor Football teams will participate in the inaugural Quest 4 Best Draft of USA College Football All-Americans. The event will begin at 8:00 PM EST and will be broadcasted live on several national and regional outlets of Internet radio. The draft order for this year has been decided by a random drawing and the order will flip after each round. In subsequent years the order will be decided in reverse order of the previous year's standings. The first round will be allocated for one (1) territorial selection by each franchise of a player who played at or resides in the state of the franchise. The following four (4) rounds will be open and teams can select any available player in the draft. A designated representative of each franchise will be involved with a conference call and is allowed five (5) minutes to make a selection. The draft provides a quality pool of the best graduating seniors for your rosters and will create a positive media impact for each franchise. We will provide all the appropriate colleges with press releases that they will distribute to their broadcast and print media outlets as well as post on the college's sports websites.

The territorial selection and first two rounds will come from a pool of 95 players who participated in the 2015 USA College Football Bowl on January 19, 2015 in Jackson, MS. Complete profiles of each player including NFL-certified measurements, season and career honors and highlights are available at http://www.usacollegefootballbowl.com by clicking on the photos of the Admirals and Generals to access the players' profiles.
