Isotopes Unveil New Alternate Jersey and Logo

March 4, 2015 - Pacific Coast League (PCL1)
Albuquerque Isotopes News Release

The Albuquerque Isotopes, known for being progressive and innovative with uniform designs over the years, have introduced a new alternate logo, which will be featured on a brand new special jersey to be worn during Friday home games.

"The new logo features the 'I' from the team's wordmark along with the orbiting lines from the popular 'A' logo," said General Manager John Traub. "This new logo supplements the well-established brand that has the Isotopes continually ranked among Minor League Baseball's top merchandising franchises."

The Isotopes will first wear the new jerseys April 10 when they take on the Reno Aces at 7:05 p.m.

Merchandise featuring the new logo is now available in the Isotopes Park Pro Shop and online at abqisotopes.com. Items include New Era 59fifty On-Field fitted caps as well as replica jerseys and t-shirts. The Isotopes Park Pro Shop is open 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and will also be open this Saturday from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.

The new alternate jersey will complement the Isotopes white, grey and black jerseys. Albuquerque has also worn several specialty jerseys throughout the years, including Breast Cancer Awareness jerseys, Prostate Cancer Awareness jerseys, Cinco de Mayo jerseys, Fourth of July jerseys, Negro League Tribute jerseys, Military Appreciation jerseys, Dukes Retro Night jerseys and beach-themed jerseys.

Tickets for individual Isotopes games go on sale this Saturday, March 7, at 10 a.m. at the Isotopes Park Box Office, Ticketmaster locations and abqisotopes.com. For more information and a complete list of 2015 promotions, visit abqisotopes.com.
