Fresno Grizzlies Single Game Tickets on Sale Now

FRESNO, Calif. - Thoughts of spring and summer are filling the air today as the Fresno Grizzlies placed single game tickets on sale to the general public for all 72 home games this season. Tickets can be purchased online at FresnoGrizzlies.com, over the phone by calling 559.320.TIXS, or at the Chukchansi Park Box Office (1800 Tulare St.) Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Anthony Herra of Sanger was the first to purchase tickets at the Chukchansi Park Box Office at 9:01 a.m. this morning, while Anthony Spotts from Nevada was the first to purchase single game tickets online.
The 2015 season, nicknamed The Bear Flag Rebellion of 2015, begins on Opening Day April 9th at Chukchansi Park with a 7:05 PM first pitch against the Las Vegas 51s. All fans in attendance on Opening Day, presented by Phoenix Coatings, Inc., will receive a commemorative #Growlifornia poster, courtesy of The Fresno Bee. The opening game also marks the first raising of the Growlifornia Republic Bear Flag, which will become an honored tradition prior to every home game.
A subtle change to start times in April comes with the Grizzlies moving midweek games up 30 minutes. Home games between April 13-16 and on April 27th will have a first pitch time of 6:35 p.m., instead of the traditional 7:05 p.m. start.
"We analyzed every aspect of the gameday experience this offseason and start times for midweek games early in the season came up time and again," stated Derek Franks, Grizzlies Executive Vice President. "Having five April midweek games start at 6:35 p.m. allows families enough time to get to the park, see the entire game, and get home before 10:00 p.m. on a school night."

- Thursday, April 16th - Season of the Throwdown: Tri Tip, featuring Dog House Grill
- Friday, May 8th - Star Wars Theme Night, with pregame music by the Fresno Philharmonic, and Friday Night Fireworks, presented by Fresno Madera Farm Credit
- Friday, May 22nd - Ag Night, Fresno Raisin Eaters theme jerseys and Friday Night Fireworks, presented by Stamoules Produce Co.
- Sunday, May 24th - La Familia Sunday with a Tribute to Selena
- Saturday, June 20th - Where Champions Are Grown Ring Giveaway, presented by PG&E, celebrating Fresno's connection to FIVE World Series Championships (1942, 1946, 2010, 2012, 2014)
- Saturday, July 4th - Fireworks Extravaganza and a Hot Dog Eating Contest, presented by Eckrich & Armour
- Saturday, August 1st - Biz Markie appearance and sing-a-long of his 1989 classic "Just a Friend"
- Thursday, August 6th - Taco Truck Throwdown 5, featuring 20 local taco trucks
- Saturday, August 15th - Tribute to Back to the Future, with theme jerseys and a mystery giveaway
- Saturday, August 22nd - Fresno Famous Bobblehead Giveaway, presented by PG&E, featuring a local Fresno celebrity that wins the 64-person tournament (online voting begins mid March)
