Power Partner with United Way of Peel Region for Fan Appreciation Night

(Mississauga, ON ) The Mississauga Power are proud to announce a partnership with the United Way of Peel Region for Fan Appreciation Night for the second season in a row. The Power are set to play the final game of the regular season on February 27th at 7pm at the Hershey Centre. Last season, the Power worked with United Way of Peel Region and raised $3000 for the charity.
This year, the Power are supporting the "Longest Night" initiative, helping out those who struggle with poverty and cannot afford housing. The Power staff will help raise awareness for the cause by spending the night of February 27th sleeping in a bus outside the Hershey Centre. The Power will be raising funds at the game for the "Longest Night". The Power are also proud to be donating proceeds from the game to the United Way of Peel Region.
