FC Kansas City Announces Preseason Schedule

PRAIRIE VILLAGE, Ks (February 26, 2015) - The reigning National Women's Soccer League champions FC Kansas City announced today their preseason schedule ahead of the 2015 regular season when they host Sky Blue FC for the home opener at Sporting Park on Sunday, April 12 at 3:00 p.m.
After completing the mandatory health assessment tests and medical physicals, head coach Vlatko Andonovski's team will begin their preseason camp on Monday, March 9.
The team will play four closed-door practice games between March 15 and April 4 against Nebraska University, University of Kansas, Iowa State and University of Missouri, all of them on the road.
On March 15, the Blues will visit the Nebraska Cornhuskers at the Hawks Championship Indoor facilities before visiting the Kansas Jayhawks at the Rock Chalk Park on March 31.
Four days later, FCKC will visit the Lou Fusz Soccer Complex in Maryland Heights, Missouri where they will play two 45-minute matches against the Iowa State Cyclones and the Missouri Tigers .
None of the preseason matches will be streamed live. However, all four of them can be followed on twitter (@FCKansasCity).
